Big Buck Contest

November 15

Be part of the new annual DeerBash Big Buck Contest! November 15 only. This contest is to unite hunters and strengthen the local hunting community. And of course to show off your big rack! Great prizes from our local sponsors! Food available for purchase all day.

Prizes

1st Place: $500 + 100% off processing

2nd Place: $300 + 50% off processing

3rd Place: $200 + 25% off processing

(Snack sticks not included)

How It Works

  • November 15 only

  • Contest will be open from 10am to 9pm.

  • Drop off your big buck. Pay the $20 entry fee and fill out an entry form. A judge will score your rack and record the results on your entry form.

  • Winners will be based on highest gross antler score.

  • Winners will be announced around 9pm. Must be present to win!

  • Food will be available for purchase all day.

  • Feel free to hang out with us all day and check out the big racks! Bring your own drinks and socialize around the fire with other hunters.

  • Pictures from the event will be posted on our website.

Rules

  • No pre-registration required to enter contest. Contestants can enter all day until 9pm close. Must be present to win!

  • Deer processing at DeerDash is NOT required for entry.

  • $20 entry fee, only 1 deer per hunter allowed.

  • All entries must be legally killed and tagged in Michigan on November 15.

  • Fair chase deer only. No high fence or breeding farm deer are eligible.

  • Only whole, gutted deer will be accepted. Head must still be attached to body.

  • All entrants agree to have their picture taken by DeerDash for marketing purposes.

  • Contestants can be disqualified at the judge's discretion. New rules may be added by the judges if deemed necessary. All decisions are final.

  • This contest is for FUN only! Anyone with a bad attitude or anyone who causes the judge grief in any way will be removed from contest.
